360 Arts are going to Disneyland Paris!!!

360 Arts have been offered the chance to take part in a performance programme at Disneyland Paris.

• This is an opportunity for 360 children to shine on stage and a magical stage it is at that!! 
• We plan to run this event in the October half term this year.
• It has been priced so the whole family can actually enjoy Disneyland Paris if they should also wish to attend.

Package Prices

The rates in the grid below are priced per person and extended to any family member sharing a room with a child that is taking part in the performance.

• A family of 4 would look at £284 per person in a room,
• A family of 3 would look at £317 per person in a room
• (Above prices excl. return travel by Eurostar)

As we know how expensive this can be, we have decided to keep it really simple and have a flat rate for both adults and children to make it affordable for families.

Eligibility

This offer is open to all eligible performers and their accompanying family members that are sharing a room. 

• Eligible performers are those taking part in Singing & Dancing at 360 Arts.
• Those performing who have already registered are allocated a place on this trip, one room per performer.
• Each performer must bring one accompanying adult.
• There are spaces of up to a maximum of  4 people in a room and a cot (Cots require an advance request).
• If there are surplus rooms available after all the performers have signed up, then we can open it up to the 360 Arts non performers on a first come, first served basis who will be placed on a reserves list. 
• If there are surplus rooms left we can open it out to a wider scope of people
• Registration will close on 1^st February, we will know then  how many performers and people we have on the reserves list and advise who has a guaranteed space on the trip

**Children age 2 and under are free and a cot can be added into any of the above rooms subject to availability, please state this in your initial registration

Package Inclusions:

• 2 nights Accommodation at Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne
• Buffet Breakfast in the hotel after 1^st night
• Buffet Character Breakfast in Disney for everyone regardless if they are in the performance or not (applies to siblings and parents!)  after the 2^nd night
• 3 Days Access to the 2 Disney Parks
• 1 Hour Early entrance into the parks
• Unlimited use of the complementary shuttles to/ from the hotel to the parks
• Time on the stage at Disneyland Paris (for the performers)
• A commemorative gift of the event for every performer

Exclusions:

• Above prices do not include transport to and from the UK to Disney.
• We will have Eurostar group rates (which will be offered before Eurostar actually go on sale to the general public)
• Once we have those rates, we will start to take deposits for the trip, we are hoping to have these rates over the next few weeks. We are hoping that these prices will be around the £65-£90 mark per person.
• As soon as these are received, we will put these on sale

Additional information:

We are looking to source an option for the group to pre-purchase  half board + full board vouchers where meals can be eaten at selected restaurants within the Disney parks. This information will be sent to you at a later stage if we feel the offer is of good value

Who is eligible?

We are offering this chance to all of 360 Art students that sing and dance from the age of 7 and above who take part in singing & dancing.

There is a reserve list for non-performers, ie: actors so please do register your interest

Registration for performers

• We will be running a registration that has been extended to 31st January (extended).
• If you think your child would like to take part in this programme, please email events@dreamstartravel.co.uk .
• This does not commit you at this stage, but it ensures that we have accounted a room for you and your accompanying family.
• Spaces will be limited, so it will be on a first come, first served basis . Don’t miss out!!

Dates

We are currently looking and holding this event on 23-25 October 2019 in the October Half Term, there is a chance this could change to a day before/after but this will be confirmed once we have passed the audition process. These are the dates that we are holding the rooms on

Preparation for the audition

Rehearsals for the performance audition, have already started. We hope to be audition ready by the middle of February, this will be submitted by video and sent to Disney for approval which could take 2-4 weeks to come back. It is ESSENTIAL that rehearsals are attended so that we have a smooth finished product and up our chances of going to Disneyland in October!!

In resort Programme

• Day 1: Arrive, check into the hotel, free time to visit Disney Parks
• Day 2:** Breakfast at the hotel + Performance day ***
• Day 3: Check out, put your luggage in hotel storage,  Character Breakfast  in Disney and rest of the day in the parks until departure time

Payments

Once we have been accepted and the dates are confirmed,

• You have the choice of either paying in full,
• We can set up an interest free, 3 stage pay plan system where payments can be spread out.
