We are glad to have you participate in the fourth Heart of Wembley Festival.  Please find below setup and general information about the day, 20 July 2019.

Location: High Road Wembley, Pavement from junction with Park Lane to Ecclestone Place. Landmark is Nandos. HA9 6AH

Setup time: Setup is staggered. If you are setting up your own stall, please arrive at 10.00am. 

If you have paid for stalls please arrive at 10.30am/11.00am for a 1pm start for all. On arrival either contact myself, Osita Udenson on 07875588107 or Sara Borchard on 07971254266 and you will be shown where to go.

We shall be starting 1pm Prompt!

Parking Parking is in either Elm Road (entrance via Dukes Way HA9 7JA) or St John’s Road car parks (entrance off St John’s Road); both cost £1 for an hour; £3 for two hours; £4.50 for 3 hours and £7.50 for the whole day.

If you are a Brent resident and pay for street parking, then parking is free in the car parks.

Train/Tube Wembley Stadium (Chiltern line) or Wembley Central (Bakerloo line) stations

Loading/off-loading Please only use loading bays to load and offload. Do not enter bus lanes or bus stop boxes as High Road Wembley, is monitored by traffic cameras.  Kindly obey all parking and traffic rules.  Organisers will not be responsible for any tickets you receive.  Loading bays are limited, so please offload and move your vehicle before setting up.

Stalls/tables/chairs Stalls will be all setup for those who have paid for one and community groups/statutory organisations

Merchandising: We welcome well-appointed stalls. We urge that you make your stalls really presentable and pleasing to the eye. Please cover your tables with clean tablecloths.

Products & Produce: It is every stallolder’s responsibility to ensure that every product or produce meets Trading Standard, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.

Cleaning, litter and waste

Traders will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area around their stalls. Every Stallholder will be given waste bags to collect festival-related waste materials emanating from their stalls and to put out for collection at designated points.

Noise

Other than those permitted, stallholders are not allowed to play music at any volume.

Power Supply

Power is from a feeder pillar and will only be supplied to those who have paid for it. Please ensure that you bring your long extension cable to plug into outlets.  Only electrical items notified to the event producer will be allowed.  Please ensure that all electrical items and generator are PAP tested and certified. Please bring your certification along to show organisers.

FOR ALL USING ELECTRICITY AND GAS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE YOUR FIRE BLANKETS, FOAMS AND EXTINQUISHERS AND FIRST AID BOXES AS REQUIRED. THEY WILL BE INSPECTED BY ORGANISERS

Water provision

All food related stalls should bring along with them adequate water supply.

Toilet

Please use toilets in town centre establishments.

Closure

Stallholders are advised to start winding down from 5.30pmpm.  All stalls, tables and chairs WILL be dismantled from 6.30pm.
